This is our first post!
So that we would like to tell you a little bit about us.
We are just a group of Okonomiyaki lovers. Most members are high school girls!
One day after school, we went to an Okonomiyaki restaurant near our school.
There were tourists seating in the restaurant and they didn’t speak Japanese. The staffs there didn’t speak English either. They were having a hard time over the menu.
We helped their selections of the menu and told how to make Okonomiyaki themselves since the restaurant was a self-cook style restaurant which is a popular style as an Okonomiyaki restaurant in Japan.
Afterwards, we thought it would be nice to introduce Okonomiyaki as a Japanese culture to the world.
And now, here we are!!!!
On this page, we will post tips and recipes of Okonomiyaki.
We are also planning to make this website in the other languages.
