How to make Okonomiyaki!!!!

If you would like to make more, just increase the amount of ingredients.
Golden ratio is always 1 : 1 : 1/2 for egg : flour : water!
Seafood is also popular.
Take it easy!
It’s Okonomiyaki, the “Grill whatever you like”, you can cook with any ingredients you like.

STEP 1.MIX
Mix everything excluding the meat. (or the seafood)
STEP 2.Grill
Meat(or seafood) first, then batter on top.
Pour the batter into a circular shape, and wait for 3-5mins.
(until bottom side is well done.)
STEP 3.Flip
Flip the Okonomiyaki quickly in one action when the bottom is well done.
Wait for another 3-5 mins.
STEP 4.Toppings!
Top the freshly cooked Okonomiyaki with sauce, mayo, aonori, katsuobusi or with whatever you prefer!
