Who are we?
We are an unofficial group that would like to introduce Japanese Okonomiyaki to the world.
Most members are high school girls.
One day we went to an Okonomiyaki restaurant near our school. There were tourists eating there that didn’t speak Japanese and had a hard time reading the menu.
We helped them to make their selections and told them how to make Okonomiyaki themselves.
The restaurant was a self-cook style restaurant which is a popular style as a Japanese Okonomiyaki restaurant.
While we were eating, we talked about making a web site that shows how to prepare Okonomiyaki!!!!
And here we are!!!
